TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The service items should be collected within 30 days from the date of intimation.
  2. This original copy of work order shoul be produced at the time of collecting the service items.
  3. While making any enquiry regarding the progress of work, you may quote the case number and date of the work order.
  4. When the fault is detected by our engineers and if the customer is not willing for service, even then the customer is bound to pay the minimum service charge.
  5. Our responsibility is limited to service of the complaint reported at the time of the work order. We are not responsible for any other problem arising due to some other fault.
  6. We are not responsible for any data lose.
  7. Every effort shall be made to take proper care of customers equipment. The concern assume no responsibility for loss or damages due to theft, fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
